IS THERE A MILEAGE LIMIT FOR MY RENTAL?
No, rental contracts include unlimited KMS.

CAN I PUT AN ADDITIONAL CONDUCTOR?
Yes, it is allowed to add more than one driver to the rental contract upon payment of a supplement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE FINED?
If you are fined during the rental, you will receive a notification from the police or Rentrabraga.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS BEYOND THE INITIAL RENTAL PRICE?
There are additional products that can be requested, for example, insurance, baby seat, Wifi Router, GPS, etc.

WHAT TYPE OF DRIVING LICENSE DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
All valid driving licenses are accepted.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO RENT A CAR?
The minimum age is 21 years old with a license for more than 1 year, however, upon payment of the young driver supplement, you can drive from 18 years of age.

I HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY, CAN I DRIVE A RENTAL CAR?
Yes, rental vehicles can be driven with a foreign license.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
It is always necessary to present a valid driving license, Passport or Identity Card and a credit or debit card accepted by Rentabraga.

IS THE CAR EQUIPPED WITH THE VIA VERDE DEVICE? HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TICKETS?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with a Via Verde device. Tickets will be charged to the credit/debit card presented at the beginning of the rental.

WHAT SERVICES CAN I USE FROM THE VIA VERDE DEVICE?
The device only allows use on Motorways, Scuts and Traveler (Via Verde System in Spain).

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, CAN I USE A DEBIT CARD OR LEAVE MONEY AS A GUARANTEE?
In this case, you can present a debit card accepted by Rentabraga. We do not accept cash deposits.

I HAD AN ACCIDENT, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
You will always have to call the authorities at the location, properly fill out the Friendly Declaration, contact travel assistance and inform us.

CAN I SMOK INSIDE VEHICLES?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.

CAN I DRIVE AROUND EUROPE WITH A RENTAL CAR?
Yes, upon prior information and payment of an insurance supplement.

CAN I RETURN THE CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FROM PICKUP?
You can provide prior information and confirmation from Rentabraga.

DID I RENT AN ELECTRIC CAR WITH A FULL BATTERY?
Yes, the battery must be returned full or you will be charged the difference plus the refill supplement.

CAN I DELIVER A CAR WITH LESS FUEL THAN IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME?
You may, however, be charged for the fuel difference as well as the refueling supplement.

CAN I INCLUDE OPTIONAL INSURANCE AFTER ENTERING THE RENTAL CONTRACT?
No, optional insurance must be taken out when picking up the vehicle.

I RESERVED A CAR, DO I HAVE TO LEAVE ANY PREPAYMENT?
Yes.
